FAQ

If your item(s) are lost or damaged, please email me or reach out through my Twitter. 

I will happily replace any items that are lost in the mail or that arrived damaged. 

Not all items will be sent with tracking info.

Stickers will be sent in a stamped envelope and will not come with a tracking number. Prints (or stickers bundled with prints) will be sent with tracking info via USPS. 

I accept order cancellations. 

Please cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. 

No refunds or returns. 

With the exception of lost or damaged items, I will not refund items or accept returned items. Please contact me if you are experiencing an issue with your order and I will do my best to resolve it!
